Today's Free App of the Day has 946 five-star reviews in iTunes! It's an app for younger children to work on with an adult or older children who can read on their own and are at least somewhat self-motivated learners. There are no ads and no in-app purchases. It's just straight free.
My seven-year old recently discovered that I had put this on the iPad and explored it front-to-back, spending a great deal of time with it...including putting a drop of water on the screen?!?
