Sorry, but today's Free App of the Day is U.S. only. I don't make the decisions on this sort of thing.
Today's Good Free App of the Day is my favorite non-game app. I connect my iPhone to my car stereo every day to listen to Pandora. I'm recommending it more to you, as an adult, than as a child's app, although it does include a large number of children's stations (Disney, The Wiggles, etc.) if you're on a long car trip and need some entertainment.
Pandora Radio creates a personalized radio station just for you or your older child if you're looking to save money on music downloads. You input the singers and groups you like and it plays them AND other music that you might like...and it's very good at finding music you might like.'
** It does, however, include explicit channels/music if you choose them, so it's not for kids to use by themselves.* *
Perhaps you want to teach your children the majesty of Steve Perry's voice? Or the panged longings of Adele? What about learning all about Lady Gaga's poker face?
What is education without emotion?
There are some small ads that can be removed by paying a monthly fee, and you do have to sign up for an free account, but it is well worth it.
From iTunes:
Pandora Radio is free personalized radio that only plays music you’ll love. Just start with the name of one of your favorite artists, songs or classical composers and Pandora will create a custom "station" that plays similar music.
Pandora on iPhone is fully integrated with Pandora on the web. Enjoy all your existing stations - and create new ones right from your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.

Every day we pick what we affectionately call the Good Free App of the Day, an app that we have downloaded, tested and certified: It can't have a ton of ads or just a little content with a ton of in-app purchases.
It also has to be good.
We then present them to you to read, download, and share so, based on which ones got the most hits, here are your Top 100 Favorite Free Apps!
We've done our best to only include apps that are permanently free, but sometimes developers do change their minds so please leave a comment if you find an app that's no longer free.
Enjoy!
