GFAOTD No. 2 today comes from American Girl, which is apparently a store that sells clothes, dolls and other stuff. It's a cute game app featuring a girl named McKenna doing gymnastics, which in this case involves running down a long sequence of balance beams. The iTunes description describes McKenna as Girl of the Year 2012 and I have no idea what that means.
To control McKenna all the child has to is tap the screen, but they have to do it at the right time to make it work and that gets increasingly difficult the further they get.
It's fun and challenging enough that I "tested" it for an embarrassingly long amount of time.
No in-apps or ads, except for the name American Girl in a few places.
