Now that we have another awesome Aussie on our team, I want to mark the occasion by having an Aussie Only giveaway.
You know me, I like marking occasions.
And celebrating.
I have some fabulous prizes for you, thanks to the generosity of a wonderful Aussie company, Cloth for Comfort. You can have a look at the full range of their handmade, sensory items here .
Five lucky ducks will have a choice of three items;
A ribbon wand ($12) - great for working on a range of motion, eye-tracking skills, spatial awareness, mirroring, creative socialisation, use of the non-dominant side, crossing of the midline, balance and enhancing any musical activity.
(And by the way, the skyline in this pic would encourage me to move to Australia.)
A Marble Maze ($12) - The aim is to move the enclosed marble from one end of the maze to the other, using your fingers to manipulate the marble throughout. Great for fine motor skills, they are made with no 'dead ends' so there is no wrong way through the maze. Great for a fiddle toy, they are quiet so work quite well when you need your child to sit quietly.
These come in a variety of patterns but I'm partial to retro alien print myself.
Or you can pick a very cuddly mini blanket ($14) and these are so cute I'm almost tempted to have another baby just so I can get one -
These soft and cuddly Mini Blankets measure approximately 20cm x 15cm, with a variety textured ribbons around the outside to provide wonderful oral motor and
fine motor sensory development for young babies and children alike. These tactile development mini-blankets can either be used as a 'comforter' or simply as a toy for the child to play with and explore the soft sensation of the minkee, polar fleece or coral fleece fabric against their skin as well as manipulate the ribbons to their hearts content.
If you would like to win one of the above items and you live in Australia, please use the Rafflecopter 'down under' to enter.
*Disclaimer. There may be more Australian jokes*
