iPads have been an important step in the evolution of technology because they help our kids learn developmental skills such as reading, writing, fine motor skills, mathematics etc etc. They are also fun and they keep kids somewhat quiet and entertained.
However for some parents who have a child with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), an app can be literally life changing and give them the ability to communicate with their child for the first time ever.
