PlayTales Gold launches! A free app and win a one-year subscription ($40)!

Genera Mobile has just launched PlayTales Gold, an app with more than 100 interactive books for kids, for the iPhone and iPad!

The new app offers unlimited access to the entire Playtales catalog (with new books added every Friday), a universal subscription between iOS devices and stories in eight different languages. The app is suitable for ages 1-11. Playtales has 1.5 million users around the world and over five million monthly reads, more than any other interactive story app.

The books also include games such as mazes, coloring, find the difference, word search, puzzles, find the hidden image, drawing, pair matching and learn to play songs.

Playtales Gold offers access to ALL of the books for a $3.99 monthly fee, less than the cost of some ebooks by themselves! (Finally an app-subscription price I don't mind so much.) The developers are offering a lauch special of one month FREE if you subscribe between now and Oct. 31.

So, you can try the full catalog for a month for free. Very cool.
