I would say take a look if you have a 2-3 year old scurrying about in your house. The graphics are well above average and there is potential here.
I like some of the creativity (happy cactus in a bag!), but the options are really limited to appeal for long to any child older than 2-3 for long: same route to castle, immediate repetitiveness in what happens on the trail, and only five items per create-your-horse category. Also, HAS to have a home button added to start again when needed. My daughter touched the wrong item for her horse and it was drama-city here. A cute ABC/123 game thrown in would help a lot, even if it's just counting the horses you have made or something.

Ride a Pony with Kate and Harry v1.0
App description:A simple game, dedicated to 2-5 y/o children. The premise is straightforward: after choosing a girl or boy character, the child is supposed to design a pony by tapping one of five options in five simple steps and then explore the randomly generated fairytale environment by tapping various pieces of graphics, as the pony makes its way to the castle. The game flow is uninterrupted by menus and no language skills are needed to play.
