My kids break gardening cans all the time, so this post was worthy of an out-loud cheer from me! I don't know why I've never done this, my kids love to water. Plus, it's just fun for overall water play, too, and much easier to fill than a squirt gun. There are three more ideas for using plastic jugs, too, including planters.
Has anyone made a pole bean hideout before? I've seen posts all over Pinterest, some shaped as a teepee, and I think it would be great fun for kids. I think it's worth it even if it doesn't fill in so beautifully as some of the pictures, just for the experiment and process.
