School has been back in session here for almost a month now, and I've just got to say that homework is getting REAL, y'all. If you're like me, you'll take all the help you can get to find ways to make homework and learning work in your family. Zap Zap Math is an excellent way to help your elementary aged child learn and practice math concepts (all wrapped up to feel like play). Parents and teachers can track each student's progress, making this an ideal learning tool.
Did we mention that it is free to download and use?
Bottom Line: This app is super-cute with a tail-wagging puppy named Reggy that young children can interact and play with to reveal his many emotions and how a child's actions can influence them. This app has lots to discover for one room of play and kids will keep busy while falling in love with little Reggy.
Bottom Line: Great reinforcing math games for kids from kindergarten through sixth grade level! It corresponds well to Common Core State Standards, and helps teach problem solving skills in a fun way. Plus, it’s totally, completely FREE, and available on both iOS and Android. This new update includes the option for multi-players and has added many more games.
