Bottom Line: An excellent concept for introducing the history and culture Paris, all narrated by a cute owl. The content, aimed at ages 3-10, is a bit uneven but four areas are available for Free.

Does the world “alces” mean anything to you? A little time spent with iJumble -Spanish from Aeralas and you’d quickly learn it’s the Spanish word for “moose”, which is a pretty popular word among the Smart Apps staff for some odd reason.
This, and a lot of other vocabulary words (some more useful than others) are what you’ll find inside this bi-lingual spelling app!

Bottom line: A story you want to like because of the great art and well, pirates. The amount of cartoon violence and a plot that has seemingly been plundered and pillaged make it a questionable choice for younger readers.

Bottom line: Topical Spanish lessons delivered through interactive visits to locations in an animated city. The individual components are a fun way to introduce core vocabulary to kids aged 7-14 but there are some inconsistencies throughout the package.
